Cancellation of Order

1. Damodar Ayurvedics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for Products listed at an incorrect price, rebate or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. Damodar Ayurvedics shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and User has been charged.

2. Customer shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, only before the Order has been shipped. Cancellation of the order can be done logging on to Damodar Ayurvedics ecommerce website(“e-commerce website”).

3. If the customer has an account on e-commerce website then the Customer can request for cancellation through “My Account” and for Guests through “Track Order”.

4. Refund shall be available to the Customer only in the form of store credits in case of Customer with Damodar Ayurvedics account or coupon code in case of Guests.

5. The store credit or coupon code will be provided to the Customer within 15 days of receiving the Cancellation of order on e-commerce website.

6. The Customer will be bound by the Cancellation and Return policy on (ecommerce website and shall not hold Damodar Ayurvedics Private Limited (“Company”) liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation and or return of the order.

Returns after Dispatch of Products for Prepaid or COD mode of payment (Only in case of damage to packaging and wrong product shipped.No exchanges allowed)

7. In case the Product is found having damage in packaging after delivery of the same and/or the wrong product is shipped, the User can request for return of the Product any time after delivery of the Product but not later than three (3) days from the date of delivery of the Product through e-commerce website. The Customer needs to follow the process defined below for return:

i. Send an email to sales@damodarayurvedics.com seeking for return of the Products under the 2 circumstances mentioned above or place a return request through “My Account” section if he is a Account Holder and through “Track Order” in the event he is a Guest.

ii. The Products shall have to be returned at the expense of the Customer / Guest to the address mentioned below:

iii. For all returns to be considered valid by the Company the said return of the products needs to be accompanied with the Invoice.

iv. All approval of returns are subject to verification by the Company and the same are left to the sole discretion of the Company.

8. In case the Customer finds quality issues after opening the package , the said grievance may be addressed to sales@damodarayurvedics or a complaint lodged with the customer cell at +91 9423302853

9. In case, the Customer opts for return of the Product due to damage of packaging or wrong product shipped, Customer will have to ensure that the Product is returned in the condition as received. Packets once opened cannot be exchanged/returned. All free gifts, in original packing as delivered and unused condition, must be returned along with the Product in case of exchange/return of order of the Product with which the free gift(s) is/are given.

10. The store credit or coupon code will be provided to the Customer within 15 days of receiving the products at the Damodar Ayurvedics’s warehouse.

11. The Customer will be bound by this Policy and shall not hold the Company or the e-commerce website liable for any loss that she/ he may incur due to cancellation or return of the order.
